70'S PARTY 2004

The Party Perpetrators 6.12.2004

Jackie was itching to hold a party, so she put one together with a 70's theme. There was some debate as to what 70's really meant: some thought it was a disco theme, however, others felt that disco was only a part of the 70's and the clothing encompassed a broader range. Whatever, it was a chance to wear disco stuff as far as I was concerned.

I lost my disco shirt, so Mark and I went shopping for stuff at Moon Zoom in San Jose. I found a garish shirt and a pair of pants so tight I had trouble tying my shoes.

So the party started, lots of people came dressed up in outlandish outfits, some losers came in normal clothes, way too much alcohol and bbq was consumed, cops showed up due to a noise complaint, and the party ended at our neighbor's house with several rounds of pool-playing and hot-tubbing. A successful endeavor!
